Do you ship internationally?
Tricky question. Ask us, we will let you know. We are pleased that people from the four corners of the earth admire our jewelry. We have shipped items internationally, however at this time we prefer not to. If we do decide to ship internationally we will update this section of our website. (We do ship to U.S. and Canada.)
Do you allow refunds or exchanges?
We like to treat people fairly because we like being treated fairly. If an item is lost we will do our best to track the package. If it is damaged while being shipped we will offer an exchange - but you are responsible for return shipping costs. While refunds are not ideal, we will offer them at our discretion.
One of a kind in mind? Yes, we do custom orders.
Be uniquely you! We are happy to create one of a kind pieces for you. We can make anything from bridal jewelry for your big day to a customized piece for everyday. One of a kind requests are subject to additional fees depending on the request.
How does payment for custom orders work?
Custom orders can be paid using PayPal or via Etsy! We will notify you once the order is complete. We will either post your order to Etsy or email you an invoice. Please only submit a payment once we have completed your custom order so that we can adjust the payment for your item.
Is there a deposit required for custom orders?
All custom orders are required to pay a nonrefundable down payment for the order PRIOR to making the order. We will bill you an invoice for payment prior to making your order. If the customer does not submit payment for the deposit the custom item will not be made.
$12.00 or less = $5.00 deposit
$20.00 or less = $10.00 deposit
$25.00 or less = $15.00 deposit
$30.00 or less = $20.00 deposit
$40.00 or less= $25.00 deposit
$50.00 or less = $30.00 deposit
The retainer of the balance is due upon completion of the custom order. The item will not be shipped until the retainer of the balance is paid. If you decide to cancel your order, your deposit will NOT be refunded.
Paypal Only?
Yes. Since launching our new business we are currently only accepting payments through Etsy and Paypal. For an update on our policies please check back soon or visit the FAQ page!
Why don't my two pieces look exactly alike?
Our jewelry is handcrafted and no two pieces look a like. Certain pieces of jewelry, such as the peacock feather earrings are natural feather and may vary in size and composition depending on availability.
Do you make bridal jewelry?
Yes! The owner of Miss Priss Jewels is a recent newlywed. She wholeheartedly understands the unique needs of brides! We would be excited to create beautifully, reasonably priced, jewelry for the bride or bridal party. All of this jewelry would be completely customized and available at a discounted price for orders of five or more.
